SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-3 business days at the time the order is placed. If the local delivery option is selected by the customer, we will reach out and schedule a time to meet and deliver the product(s) ordered. Orders are not guaranteed to be processed on weekends or holidays. Due to situations beyond our control, we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery windows.

Thank you for shopping at Davenport Handmade. All sales are final. We accept returns and/or exchanges for items damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact tyler@davenporthandmade.com to arrange a solution. Please be aware that no two products are identical. While the species of wood used on two of the same products may be the same, there is no way to ensure that the grain pattern and appearance of the wood is identical to another.
